Pay Your Rent
There are a number of ways you can pay your rent.
You can pay online through Allpay using your rent payment card or by using Worldpay using your bank card. Again, make sure you have your rent reference number handy so everything goes smoothly.
Our app can be downloaded and used on your smartphone, iPad etc, and offers a whole new way to pay your rent, report repairs, contact us, and find out about other services. Download by searching 'Plus Dane' on App Store or Google Play.
To make payments to us directly from your bank, use the details below.

You can set up a direct debit by entering your details in the form below which will be sent through to our income team.
You can get an up to date rent balance by chatting to us live. This option is available on the right hand side of your screen between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Information will only be provided to verified customers. Please note, this is a secure connection.
You can make a rent payment to us through our 24-hour automated service, which is available seven days a week. Call our usual customer numbers and choose option 1 – and remember to have that rent reference number, as you will be asked for it.
Alternatively you can ring Allpay direct - all major debit cards are accepted.
