Salary: £46,215 plus £1,100 Car Allowance

Plus Dane is seeking an Asset Manager to join its asset management team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You will support the Director of Assets to plan and deliver Plus Dane’s short, medium and long term asset management programmes in collaboration with other managers across the organisation.

You will have experience of developing and planning large investment programmes. You will have experience in the procurement of large capital investment programs and contractor management. You must be able to lead the delivery of operational services through a dedicated team. You must be able to control budgets, confidently make decisions and influence others.

You will play a key role in supporting the teams and will work with the Director of Assets and the Head of Compliance and Health & Safety to cover all areas of asset management.
