Be a Plus Dane Voice!

Plus Dane Housing is recruiting tenants and customers who would like to give their views on the services provided by the organisation.

The housing association’s new initiative, Plus Dane Voices, is aimed at people interested in providing feedback on a range of topics including customer services, quality of homes, services such as repairs and maintenance, home ownership and general advice.

Participants can choose how they provide their views, from lots of simple methods such as text, email, telephone and taking part in focus groups.

The development of Plus Dane Voices is in direct response to tenants and customers who wished to get involved and give feedback but didn’t have much spare time.

It is part of the organisation’s customer engagement strategy, which takes a fresh approach by providing more great opportunities for customers to help shape services and make them better. It is also part of a commitment to creating an environment in which customers’ views will be heard, listened to and acted upon.

Emma Sneyd, Head of Engagement and Partnerships, said: “It’s very important to us as a business to hear what customers think so that we continue to provide the best possible services. Plus Dane Voices is a great opportunity for our customers to really get involved in what we do, and tell us where we need to improve. It’s also very flexible, easy and simple to get involved.

“A big recruitment campaign has begun which has attracted lots of new customers and we have seen an increase of 68% to date. We look forward to recruiting many more as we want customers to join us on this exciting journey to help influence, shape and improve the services that we provide.”
