We are looking for a Customer Access Officer to join our dedicated Customer Access Team who is the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries on behalf of the organisation.

We provide support and advice via telephone, face-to-face, web-chat and email for services such as reporting a repair, payment and rent enquiries, lettings and tenancy enquires.  You will join a well-motivated and professional team and be supported with a training programme and opportunity to develop within the organisation.

You will need to have customer service experience and ideally experience within the housing sector, but this is not essential.  What is essential is that you are motivated, have strong communication skills and are committed to providing an excellent level of services to our customers.

We’re looking for enthusiastic team players and motivators, who are flexible enough to work in a constantly changing environment.
