Join Plus Dane's new scrutiny panel
Plus Dane Housing is recruiting a new scrutiny panel of customers to help improve services.
As part of the recruitment drive, Plus Dane is looking for tenants, leaseholders and shared owners over the age of 18 who are willing to review its services, challenge the organisation and suggest what can be done better.
The new scrutiny panel will consist of up to ten people who will be an independent group of customers reflecting the diversity of people living in Plus Dane homes.
This initiative is part of Plus Dane’s new tenant and customer engagement strategy, which takes a fresh approach to engaging tenants and customers by providing more dynamic opportunities for them to help shape, influence and improve services.
Emma Sneyd, head of engagement and partnerships, said: “The scrutiny panel is a great opportunity for our tenants and customers who are serious about playing a role in shaping and improving the services we provide. Members will be involved in understanding and challenging what we do, our performance, and developing workable solutions to help us get better. Their involvement really will make a difference.”
No previous experience is necessary. Training, support, reimbursement of reasonable expenses will be provided to the successful applicants.
The deadline for expressions of interest is July 1. Visit the dedicated section of our website to complete the form online. Alternatively, contact Sarah Mythen on 0151 330 3505 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
