• Sir Peter Fahy

    Sir Peter Fahy was a police officer for 34 years including five years as Chief Constable of Cheshire and seven as Chief Constable of Greater Manchester. During this time he took the lead on many change programmes including introducing neighbourhood policing in both forces and was active on national policy work including terrorism, workforce reform and leadership development. On leaving policing he became Chief Executive of the street children charity Retrak. Currently he is Chair or trustee of a number of other charities including Care of Police Survivors, Father Hudson’s Care and UK Welcomes Refugees. He is founder of the We Stand Together community cohesion charity and active volunteering in his own local community.

  • Robin Lawler

    Robin is the recently retired chief executive of Northwards Housing which he led from its foundation in 2005 until December 2020. He is a trustee of the Carbon Literacy Trust & chair of governors at Manchester Communications Academy. Robin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing & a Past President of the institute. Robin has a passion for tackling inequality & climate change & for Liverpool FC having been a Kop season-ticket holder for over 30 years!

She is Consultant Director at communications, marketing and behaviour change consultancy, Corporate Culture Group, where she advises and works with a range of private, public and third sector clients nationally and internationally.

  • Tommy McIlravey

    Tommy works as Chief Executive Officer for Lancashire Mind, an independent charity aligned with the national Mind Federation. Lancashire Mind are passionate about making a difference to the mental health of people living and working in Lancashire. Prior to this he was CEO of Sahir House, a Liverpool based charity working in the field of HIV and sexual health across Merseyside and North Cheshire.

  • Lyndsey Jayne Burkert

    Lyndsey currently works at Liverpool John Moores University within the Business School. Alongside working within the HE Sector for the last 14 years, Lyndsey has also worked for Property Consultants, National House Builders and supported senior level roles in NHS, Public Sector and Private Sector organisations. An active member of CIPD Merseyside & Cheshire and having worked in HR & L&D roles for the last 20 years also holds memberships to CMI, Institute of Leadership & Management. Lyndsey recently achieved an MBA with Merit from University of Liverpool and chose to specialise in Management for not for profit organisations.

Jon is CEO at The Landing MediaCityUK heading up a groundbreaking technology project and business innovation centre. His detailed knowledge and expertise spans broadcast, post-production, interactive and advertising.

  • Dr Ann Hoskins

    Ann has over 30 years’ experience working in public health in the UK and in the Republic of Yemen. She has successfully led innovations in health strategy, policy development and programme implementation to improve health and service delivery. She has local, regional and national senior leadership experience with Public Health England, Deputy Director Health and Wellbeing: Healthy People; NHS North West Strategic Health Authority, Director Children, Young People and Maternity; and Manchester and Wirral Health Authorities, Director of Public Health.

  • Julie Gill

    Julie has worked in senior roles across the public sector, including local government, housing, regeneration and education and is currently a Chief Officer for Cheshire Constabulary, taking the lead on Business Services for Cheshire Police as part of the Chief Constable's force leadership team. She has many years of experience at board level covering finance, commercial and property management, change management and HR in her various roles.

  • Frances Chaplin

    Frances is a Manchester-based architectural consultant with a wealth of experience in the housing sector. She established her career with Buttress Fuller Alsop Williams, working as project lead on a number of public sector projects. Until 2017 Frances was a board member of PRP, having set up a Manchester practice for the architecture firm before becoming director and partner of the national operation.

  • Gary Dixon

    Gary has extensive experience operating at director and senior management levels within a FTSE 100 organisation. He has held a wide range of directorships across various disciplines in the UK Utility sector with significant experience in complex operational and customer service roles. During his many years operating at a senior level he has built relationships and worked effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including Regulators and has gained significant experience in development of strategic plans, people leadership, business transformation, financial management, audit and risk and health & safety.
