People Team Coordinator

Salary: £27,500 plus £1100 car allowance

We are looking for a motivated and experienced People Team Coordinator to join our People Team.  The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading, planning and delivering a high quality and responsive administrative function that supports all the People Team activities.

Together with the People Assistant, you will act as a first point of contact for colleagues, from across the business and external enquiries i.e. job applicants, providing information on HR services, systems and procedures and promoting our Organisational Development offer. In addition, the role holder plays a key role in the maintenance and integrity of the data kept within systems and identifying opportunities to use that data to support business decisions and actions working with other People Team colleagues. 
The role holder will support key HR activities, and the HR/OD advisors, in areas including: triaging and progressing casework, coordinating responses, HR systems, provision of management information, supporting recruitment or wellbeing campaigns and the delivery of development activity.

This is an exciting time to join the Plus Dane People Team; we have a new Director of People, and a number of significant change projects underway, including the implementation of a new People Management System.
