Plus Dane welcomes new Board member
Plus Dane Housing has welcomed architect Frances Chaplin as its newest Board member.
Frances is a Manchester-based architectural consultant with a wealth of experience in the housing sector. She established her career with Buttress Fuller Alsop Williams, working as project lead on a number of public sector projects.
Until 2017 Frances was a board member of PRP, having set up a Manchester practice for the architecture firm before becoming director and partner of the national operation.
Sir Peter Fahy, Chair at Plus Dane Housing said: “It is great to have Frances join the team, bringing with her a multitude of relevant skills and experience in housing design, quality and regeneration strengthening our Board even further.”
Frances says: “I am delighted to have joined the Board at Plus Dane as it is an organisation that has social purpose sit at the heart of everything it does. Having started my career as a young architect working on social housing and then being involved in large scale regeneration projects in the years since, I am really passionate about creating great places for people to live. I am looking forward to working with colleagues at Plus Dane to make a difference to the lives of tenants across Cheshire and Merseyside.”
Architect Faye Whiteoak is also joining Property Committee as an Independent Member. Faye is an architect who has worked in regeneration and has 12 years’ strategic experience of housebuilding delivering complex projects.
