We are currently looking for Board Members with a range of skills, experience and backgrounds who can offer strong governance and support to the organisation.

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in treasury and finance, health and safety, legal services, IT and digital, social care and health, property or commercial services or employment and skills.

Plus Dane has a strong, active and supportive Board and has recently developed a new, robust corporate strategy and business plan with four core objectives based around developing our people, improving products and services, financial resilience and growth. The new additions to the Board will be expected to challenge and support the Chief Executive and her team to develop plans to ensure the organisation can embrace the challenges and opportunities ahead as the social housing sector faces considerable change
