The purpose of the role is to provide first line support to users, along with day to day management of corporate assets such as mobile phones, laptops and tablets. You will log tickets, take ownership and resolve user support calls within the agreed service levels, responding with advice, identifying their source and determine possible solutions.
The ideal candidate will be looking to develop a career which gives you the opportunity to develop your skills in IT along with your customer service, communication and people skills.

This role will also include actively promoting and representing Plus Dane to a broad range of stakeholders. Key contacts will inlcude internal departments such as the IT Team and colleagues across the organisation, and external partners such as IT suppliers and contractors.
Information Communications Technician - Level 3
Fortnightly attendance at Riverside College, Widnes.
On completion of the Apprenticeship you will be eligible to apply for other roles within Plus Dane as available.

This role includes an annual leave entitlement of 35 days (245 hours) which operates between 1st April and 31st March, plus bank holidays.
Working Monday to Friday, 35 hours. Exact shifts to be confirmed.
