Plus Dane’s Scrutiny Panel carried out six reviews between 2016 and 2022 before being replaced by the Customer Assurance Panel and helped to improve our services.
The Scrutiny Panel completed their last service review in May 2022 and the remaining four members joined the CAP bringing their expertise and knowledge with them.
The panel undertook a review of Plus Dane's complaints process in early 2021.
