We are recruiting for an apprentice who will work towards their Level 3 Installations and Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship Qualification. You'll assist the electrical team in accordance with IEE Regulations whilst being given an opportunity to gain skills alongside your apprenticeship qualification into the work our repairs team carry out. When you join Plus Dane as an apprentice you can be sure to get the right support to guide you through both your work and study time. You will be assigned a mentor who is on hand should you have any issues, questions or concerns throughout your apprenticeship but will also regularly check in with you. There are also opportunities for you have a coach should you be keen to enhance any aspects of your personal or professional development.
Alongside this, you will be supported by your line manager and wider team in the day-to-day activities of your role so that you can be confident in how to approach each task and pick up tips and best practice from your colleagues.
We provide extensive training opportunities so aside from your formal qualifications gained through the apprenticeship, you will be able to build your knowledge and skills in other areas; some of this will be mandatory and specific to enable you to carry out your role safely and professionally, but other training opportunities may support you in different areas of your working life.
