The Competence and Conduct Standard was introduced by the Government as part of wider changes to improve the quality, professionalism and accountability of housing associations. It sets expectations for the skills, knowledge, behaviours and conduct of people working in the sector, so customers receive respectful, informed and consistent support.
As a housing association we will be monitored by the Regulator of Social Housing on how we meet the standard.
