We have reached the halfway mark at our new development in Croft, Warrington, providing fantastic new homes for ten customers!
This week the last of ten Plus Dane customers moved into their new homes in Vestry Close, the first street to be completed at a new development in Croft, built by national house builder, Bellway Homes.
Neptune is a stunning development of 90 homes in the heart of Croft, containing a mixture of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom energy-efficient new-build homes in a sought-after, semi-rural area and Vestry Close is the first street to be completed at the development.
We will take ownership of a further 10 homes on the development which will be completed and handed over during 2026 and 2027. Eight of these will be available for affordable rent, and two for shared ownership.
Our director of Growth, Siobhan Moore, said: “We are really pleased with the progress at the Neptune development. Vestry Close is a lovely residential road, just seconds away from the rural edge of Croft, but also just minutes away from all the facilities and excellent road infrastructure that Warrington has to offer. We are looking forward to the remaining 10 homes becoming available from later this year.”
