Our Liverpool headquarters was the location of the Liverpool City Region’s first Housing Solutions Network event.
The Housing Solutions Network is a partner-led forum helping UK social landlords turn compliance change into practical delivery.
Delivered with Vericon Systems, EnviroVent, Hispec and Worcester Bosch, the network brings together compliance and asset management leaders to share what’s working, define what “good” looks like, and leave with actions and evidence standards that reduce risk and improve outcomes for residents.
The event was chaired by Magenta Living with guest speakers Ryan Dempsey, CEO of compliance platform TCW, and Wayne Cole, Chair of the Liverpool City Region Housing Associations Asset Group.
Representatives from housing associations and social landlords across the Liverpool City Region joined the event to take part in a peer-led roundtable on evidencing compliance, reducing operational risk and implementing joined-up solutions for damp and mould, ventilation, heating, and safety.
Guests were able to network and speak with partner representatives on the day.
Chris Morris, executive director of customer, communities and homes at Plus Dane, said: “We were delighted to be able to use our space to welcome organisations from across the sector with events like the Housing Solutions Network, that bring us all together to work on ways to improve the way we work and our offer for customers.”
Jorden Guest of Vericon Systems said: “Each session of our regional roundtables blends regulatory, real-world landlord discussion, and practical solution walkthroughs. The aim is simple: attendees leave with clearer actions, better-quality evidence, and scalable approaches that improve outcomes for residents and reduce organisational risk.”
