This year has been about delivering on the things that matter most to our customers, and we are pleased to have made progress improving our services in a time of significant change for the sector.
Highlights include 345 households receiving the keys to a new home – more than double last year; £9m extra invested to make homes warmer and better; more than 1,000 customers supported to boost their income by £1.8m; and thousands helped with food, fuel and winter support.
