Did you know that if you see something in a communal area that looks unsafe and could cause an accident, you can quickly let us know here, through the website?
Anyone can report a hazard through www.plusdane.co.uk - for example, if you spot something like an an uneven pathway or fallen
tree branch on a Plus Dane property that could cause someone to slip, trip or fall.
To do this, go to the ‘you and your home’ section and you will find the option to ‘report a repair’ on the left hand side of the drop-down menu.
From there, you can scroll down to see a selection of icons. The ‘communal facilities’ button will give you internal and external options
to flag up a variety of potential problems.
If you do see something that looks like it could be unsafe, don’t assume anyone else has already told us and please get in touch, so we can fix the problem and keep you safe.
