We have appointed three new members to the Board of Plus Dane.
Dylan Roberts, Carol McTaggart and Emma Davison (left to right in picture above) joined us on August 1.
Emma Davison is a former Chief Operations Officer of First Choice Homes in Oldham, and has more than 15 years’ senior leadership experience across a range of sectors including retail and financial services.
Carol McTaggart is the CEO of Northern Ireland housing association Clanmil, and is currently chair of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) in Northern Ireland. She brings more than 30 years’ experience in the housing sector to the role.
Dylan Roberts is the Chief Digital and Information Officer for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and has more than 30 years of experience in digital leadership, data governance, transformation and system integration across health, local government, and more.
Max Steinberg, chair of the Plus Dane Board said: “We are pleased to welcome Emma, Carol and Dylan to the Board. It was a competitive field of applicants, and a robust recruitment process supported by Gatenby Sanderson ensured we were able to appoint the right people for the organisation.
“Their collective expertise and breadth of experience across multiple sectors will bring fresh thinking as we work to strengthen our strategic direction, continue to deliver our current Corporate Plan, and tackle the challenges facing the housing sector.
“We look forward to their valuable contributions as we continue to improve our homes and services in the communities we serve.”
In addition to their role on the Board, Emma Davison and Dylan Roberts will sit on Plus Dane’s Foresight Committee, and Carol McTaggart will sit on the Audit and Assurance Committee.
The trio join as part of our planned succession strategy following the retirement of Jon Corner, Dr Ann Hoskins and Sir Peter Fahy from the Board. As part of this, Max Steinberg was appointed Chair in April, with Marie Bintley named Senior Independent Director.
