The Carr Lane development in Prescot will see the re-development of a brownfield site, enabling a key sustainable urban extension and contributing towards Knowsley Council's Local Plan target of delivering more than 8,000 homes by 2028.
The site was formerly a United Utilities treatment works, but now primarily consists of scrub and vegetation. The new development will see a mix of housing types being built, with sixteen 2 and 3 bedroom homes available through shared ownership.
