Alman Court is in a quiet residential area, situated just off Aigburth Road. It is close to neighbourhood shops, a post office, supermarkets, and library. Lark Lane where you will find numerous bars and restaurants is also just a short walk away. Doctor’s surgeries and pharmacies are also within walking distance.

Liverpool City Centre, Garston Market and Speke Retail Park are all a short bus journey away, St Michaels Train station is also just a few minutes’ walk from Alman Court.

Alman Court offers 35 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments for people over 55. It has a newly decorated and furnished communal lounge and dining area. This is a great space to relax. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen, which is used for events held at Alman Court. Such as weekly coffee mornings, craft sessions and celebrations. The communal lounge and kitchen are also a great space to use when catching up with friends and family. There are beautiful communal gardens with seating arears, space to grow vegetables and enjoy the local wildlife.
