Pay day is the 18th of every month, or the Friday before if the 18th falls at the weekend.
You will automatically be enrolled (subject to joining criteria) into the Social Housing Pension Scheme when you have been with us for 3 months. You can find out more about this when you start.
Our annual leave year runs between 1 April and 31 March. You will be given a 245 Hours (35 Days) leave, plus 56 Hours (8 Days) bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff).
If you have any leave left, you can carry over up to 5 days annual leave per year (pro-rata for part-time staff), to be taken the following annual leave year.
Our offices, depots and schemes will close for three days during the Christmas and New Year period. The dates of closure are agreed each year and we will let you know the dates. These three days are taken from your annual leave entitlement if the dates fall on a day which you would normally work.
