The adverse weather and strong winds that are forecast for the next few days mean that it won't be safe for our colleagues to carry out any work at height, either using a ladder or scaffolding. We are currently contacting customers to rearrange any works of this nature that were scheduled for the next few days.
We also expect our phonelines to be busy while the bad weather is here, so if you're trying to get in touch about something that isn't an emergency then you may prefer to wait until next week before trying to contact us, when we expect our phonelines to be less busy.
