Pay Your Rent
Pay your rent online, through our app or by setting up a direct debit here.
You can pay online through Allpay using your rent payment card or by using Worldpay using your bank card. Again, make sure you have your rent reference number handy so everything goes smoothly.
Our app can be downloaded and used on your smartphone, iPad etc, and offers a whole new way to pay your rent, report repairs, contact us, and find out about other services. Download by searching 'Plus Dane' on App Store or Google Play.
To make payments to us directly from your bank, use the details below:

If you have a bank account you can set up a direct debit - simply call us on 0800 169 2988.
You can make a rent payment to us through our 24-hour automated service, which is available seven days a week. Call our usual customer numbers and choose option 1 – and remember to have that rent reference number, as you will be asked for it.
Alternatively you can ring Allpay direct - all major debit cards are accepted.
