Pay Your Rent
Pay you rent online, using our automated telephone service, through our app or set up a direct debit.
If you would like to set up a direct debit, simply call us on 0800 169 2988 and we will be happy to help.
We can arrange regular payments to be made direct from your bank card. There is no cost to yourself and if at any stage there are insufficient funds in your account no payment will be taken and you will not incur bank charges. Call 0800 169 2988 to find out more.
You can pay online through Allpay using your rent payment card or by using Worldpay using your bank card. Be sure to have your rent reference number handy so everything goes smoothly.
You will need your rent payment card to make payments at any outlet offering the PayPoint service or at any Post Office. Payments normally reach your rent account the next working day.
Our app can be downloaded and used on your smartphone or tablet and offers a whole new way to pay your rent, report repairs, contact us and find out about other services. Download by searching 'Plus Dane' on App Store or Google Play.
