Plus Dane Voices puts customers at the heart of everything we do to ensure that we provide the best services.

How it works:

It’s completely flexible and simple to join - you choose which service(s) you wish to provide feedback on (when consultations are taking place) and how you want to communicate with us. The 4 service areas are:

  • Homes
  • Neighbourhoods
  • Customer
  • Home Ownership

Customers then chose how they would like to communicate with us, options are:

  • Telephone
  • Text
  • Email
  • Focus group
  • Postal survey
  • Mystery shopping

We will use this valuable resource throughout the year to gain customer input. There are likely to be a couple of consultation opportunities every year for the 4 service areas. Your feedback will help to influence, shape and improve the services we provide.

We will ensure that all new service developments (products, policies, services etc.) have customer input before we approval and implementation.
