Report Anti-Social Behaviour

If you are suffering from antisocial behaviour, domestic abuse, hate crime or harassment, please don’t suffer in silence – we are here to help you.

We work in partnership with the police and other agencies to resolve any incidents of antisocial behaviour, helping to keep our neighbourhoods and communities safe. There are a few different ways you can report incidents to us – whether you are the victim, or reporting on behalf of someone else. They include:

  • Completing our online form below

  • Visiting your nearest Plus Dane office

  • Calling our Customer Access Team on 0800 169 2988

  • Through a third party on your behalf such as your local councillor, MP, or other agencies.

If you are experiencing problems like these, we want to help – and to do that, we will need to find out as much as possible about your experiences. That will help us understand what the right action will be to provide you with the very best outcomes. The kinds of details we’ll be looking for include:

  • The type of incident that has happened e.g. physical assault, verbal abuse

  • Where and when did the incident happen?

  • Who is affected?

  • Do you know the names of those causing the problem?

  • Who else have you reported the incidents to?

Where there are instances of criminal behaviour or activity, you should also report incidents to the police or by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
