Sheltered housing is rented accommodation that is specially designed for the over-55s. All of our sheltered housing schemes provide comfortable accommodation with added security, in an environment where residents have their own front door and can come and go as they please.

They are all suitable for people who can live independently and are able to manage alone, but with the added security of a community alarm system and the assistance of a Community Support Officer should they require it. This includes people who are able to care for themselves with the help of a social services care package. All of our sheltered accommodation supports independence, whilst offering an extra layer of peace of mind and security.
