What are payment links?
A web link sent from us to you by SMS/Text or email, to help you to easily make a payment to Plus Dane.
How will I know it is from Plus Dane?
Good question! We will only send a link through our Allpay system which will come from their telephone number 81025. It will say Plus Dane in the message and when you click on the link and three of the fields will already be populated with information. One of these is your reference number which you can check is correct. See below...
Be careful of scammers though. We will only send links that say Plus Dane. If in doubt call our customer team on 0800 169 2988
How do I use a payment link sent to me by Plus Dane?
Tap the payment link in the message to see what we are asking you for, and to pay online.
The following fields will already be completed:
Scheme: You do not need to worry about or change this. This is an internal field that makes sure your payment reaches the correct place.
Amount: This will be the outstanding amount or agreed payment amount to be paid by you.
Reference: This will be your reference number. Despite being already there, please do check this is correct and contact us via your preferred method to let us know if there’s any error. This is also another way to check the link has come from us.
