Ali Amirkalili has joined us as our newest independent committee member.
Wirral-based Ali is an accomplished audit, risk and governance leader with 25 years’ senior management experience, and has joined to strengthen our Foresight Committee, which supports the Board in matters of innovation and forward thinking.
His wider experience includes designing and implementing global, multi-sector risk management frameworks and leading governance, assurance and control reviews.
Ali is also a Board Governor and Audit Committee Member at Wirral Metropolitan College, and provides consultancy support to clients through Grant Thornton LLP as a senior independent audit and assurance consultant.
Ali said: “I’m excited to bring my experience to Plus Dane and support the Board in delivering strong governance, effective risk management, and positive outcomes for our customers, colleagues, and communities.”
