We have appointed Chris Morris as our new executive director of Customer, Communities and Homes.
Chris comes to Plus Dane from Progress Housing Group, where he was director of property services.
The newly-created role is the culmination of a restructure of our executive team, headed by chief executive Ian Reed and deputy chief executive Claire Dixon.
The executive director of Customer, Communities and Homes will lead a broad portfolio including housing, repairs and maintenance, supported housing, strategic asset management, customer service and locality planning.
Chris has worked in housing since 2010. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he has decades of experience of asset management across the public and private sectors.
