A commitment to quality homes, great services and vibrant communities is at the heart of our latest three-year plan.
We developed our new 2024-2027 corporate plan with the help of 1600 customers, giving the organisation a clear insight into what matters to you, and what to prioritise while shaping our future.
Major goals include a £62m investment in existing homes, including works to make them warmer and more efficient, and an aim to build 730 new homes across Merseyside and Cheshire over the next three years.
Transforming your customer experience, investing in colleagues, and meeting the housing need of our communities as a sustainable organisation are at the heart of the plan.
Our chief executive Ian Reed said: “We are excited to launch our new corporate plan and we have already started on delivering improvements customers want to see and that our communities need. A big thank you goes to the hundreds of customers who took part in helping us develop the plan, giving us a valuable insight into the things that matter to them.
“The last few years have been challenging for the housing sector, and I am pleased we now have a comprehensive vision for the future of Plus Dane, allowing us to keep getting better and to provide safe, well maintained and warm homes in communities where people choose to live.”
The new corporate plan has been developed over the last 12 months with the help of 1600 customers, colleagues, the Plus Dane Board and other stakeholders. It has run alongside a restructure of our leadership team and been supported by a period of accelerated change in key services, with a particular focus on tenant satisfaction measures, complaint handling and repairs delivery.
