We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director, and who will also serve as Chair of the Audit & Assurance Committee.
This opportunity comes as the current Chair, Gary Dixon, prepares to step down from the Board in 2026 after reaching the end of his tenure.
The Audit & Assurance Committee takes a closer look at areas of Plus Dane’s business commitments and requirements in areas including governance, health and safety, regulatory compliance, value for money and more.
It is one of four specialist committees that support the Board, which comprise of non-executive and independent members, helping to set our strategic direction. Work will begin this year on the formulation of our next five-year corporate plan.

Candidates should be experienced leaders with strong financial literacy, governance knowledge, and the ability to foster collaboration and ethical decision-making. The role involves participation in quarterly meetings, annual away days, and up to six years of service.
