David spent 14 years working in FMCG, running large stores across the North-West with a clear focus on the customer experience and delivering transformational change projects. He also has experience of the not-for-profit sector and extensive knowledge of local government structures and operation.
He now works in housing day to day and brings experience in customer focus, risk management, strategic planning and continuous improvement.
