Hate crime is a criminal offence. You should report the incident to the Police so we can work together and agree the next steps with you and the Police. You can report a Hate Crime that you have witnessed to the Police even when the victim is someone else.
We understand that you may feel scared to speak to the person who is causing the problem. Never put yourself in danger.
It is important that once you have reported the matter to us you are able to help us, this may include completing diary sheets to keep a track of when things are happening.
