Case studies - Supporting our customers

We work with some amazing partner organisations across the North West, who provide personalised support to our customers from mental health, training and career help to saving money on household bills. Have a look at our latest customer stories below:

Pocket Power 

We have been working with a social enterprise called Pocket Power for a year, and have helped to save customers a total of more than £40,000 on their bills so far! 

After we connect customers with Pocket Power, a simple phone call has saved people an average of £200-£300 a time, all by helping to apply for discounts such as social tariffs, wipe debt, and switch phone, broadband, car insurance and banking bills.

Making Space - Wellbeing First Initiative

We have teamed up with healthcare charity Making Space to create a Wellbeing First initiative. This early intervention project is designed to support customers in Cheshire to take control of their life, feel confident, and build on their self-worth in a safe and supportive environment. If you are worried about depression, stress, anxiety, worry, or low mood, our professional support workers are there to provide friendly, one-to-one support.

Wellbeing First is open to all our Cheshire customers, and referrals and enquires can be sent to engagement&partnerships@plusdane.co.uk.
