Feeling low, stressed, want to get more active or find out what support is available in your community?

We are passionate about doing all we can to support our customers and communities to stay well, both physically and mentally.

There are a number of ways we can help you;

1-2-1 mental health support

We all need a little help from time to time and it all starts with feeling good! We offer tailored 1-2-1 support to improve your confidence, self-esteem, help you feel less anxious and help you to be in control of your life and aspirations.

school holiday programmes

School holidays can put added pressure on families which is why we offer a range of fun and educational activities for children. We also offer support around healthy cooking and advice on making your money go further.

our community groups

We have a number of active community groups across our neighbourhoods, often led by our customers. Local residents are welcome to join these community groups and will benefit from a range of activities to help them feel connected within their community. Activities include social games, afternoon tea, learning and development opportunities and healthy lifestyle taster sessions.

winter support

The winter months, and particularly the lead up to Christmas, can be challenging for many people. We offer a range of support to those experiencing difficulties, including:

  • Christmas Hampers and vouchers for fresh food
  • Annual Christmas Toy Appeal
  • Support for all customers living in our sheltered housing schemes
  • Helping our community partners to deliver support to our customers
  • An Emergency Fund to support those in severe hardship
  • Working with key partner organisations to make sure our customers and communities are supported and thriving.
