Plus Dane Housing has purchased the Holy Spirit Social Club site and we are now preparing a full planning application for 18 apartments for affordable social rent on the site.
The development will include the demolition of the deteriorating former social club building which will be replaced by a stunning new 3 storey development with associated access, landscaping and parking.
We are now undertaking a period of consultation on the draft proposals so that neighbours and businesses have an opportunity to engage in the process prior to a full planning application being submitted.
Comments received will be used to inform and refine the full planning application before it is submitted to Sefton Council.
